Description: You must download Sony Vegas 9 or previous versions in order to use this video. First, import some video and add it to a Timeline. Then right-click the video and press Properties and uncheck Maintain Aspect Ratio. Next, go to Project Properties and select the Template "HDV 720-30p (1280x720, 29.970 FPS)." Make sure the Full Resolution Quality is at Best, and go to the Audio Tab. Make sure the Resample And Stretch Quality is also at Best. Then go to File, Render As..., and select Custom. In the Video Tab, make sure the Size is what you selected as the Template, and all of the Quality settings are there. Press Save, and you are all done!
