Description: First, you need to download Sony Vegas 9, and Quicktime in order to edit the videos. Now, connect your iPod Nano 5G to your Computer using the Transfer Cable, then go to Start, My Computer, (Your iPod's Name), DCIM, and 000Apple. Then select the video that is a MPEG File Type. Click and drag it to your Desktop, and go to the ZamZar WebSite. You will Browse for the video, and change it to any of these File Types:
-WMV
-WAV
-OGG
-MP3
-AVI
Then enter your EMail (Don't worry, they will not send ANY SPAM MAIL AT ALL), and go to your EMail and there will be a link for you to download the Converted Video. Download it, and drag it to Sony Vegas 9. Make sure it is in the Project Media Tab, and drag it to the Timeline. Now, Right-Click the video, and Uncheck "Maintain Aspect Ratio..." That will allow you to stretch the video and remove the black marks on the side of the video. Then go to File, Render As..., and make sure you select Custom. These are the settings you need to set for the Custom Settings:
Video Tab:
-Frame Size = HDV 720 (1,280 x 720)
-Frame Rate = 29.970 (NTSC)
-Field Order = Upper Field First
-Pixel Aspect Ratio = 1.0000
-Video Format = Sony YUV Codec
-Interleave Every (Seconds) = 0.250
Audio Tab:
-Audio Format = PCM Uncompressed
-Sample Rate (Hz) = 48,000
-Bit Depth = 16
Channels = Stereo
Project Tab:
-Video Rendering Quality = Best
Then up at the top in the text field, type in YouTube HD Settings, then press Save and OK. Now, render the video as the YouTube HD Settings you made, and you're all done!
