Description: Like I always say, you need to download the program in order to use this tutorial. First, go to the Media Generators Tab, and click on Color Gradient. Click and drag onto the timeline; Elliptical White To Black, and click Generated Media. Select the "2," and drag it to the middle.

TIP: You can change the color of the Lightning by selecting the "1" and pick a color in the Color Picker.

After all of that is done, go to the Video FX Tab and scroll down until you see TV Simulator. Click and drag the TV Look onto the lightning and set these following settings:

Detail Zoom: 1.0000
Aperture Grill: 0.0000
Interlacing: 0.0000
Line Sync: ANY SETTING
Vertical Sync: 1.0000
Scan Phasing: 1.0000
Phosphorescence: 0.0000
