Hello FXTechSupport Members and Visitors! Welcome to my next Tutorial! In this Tutorial, I will be showing you how to stop getting "Stuck on Hand Tool in ANY Adobe Programs..."

Difficulty: Very Easy

First, open up the Software you use brought to you by Adobe. Now, go to the following buttons:

Edit > Preferences...

Then exit the Preferences Window and you will be unstuck from the Hand Tool!
