To Create A Cursor, You Must Have The Cursor-Making Software Called: Realworld Cursor Editor. You Can Download At:
http://www.rw-designer.com/
=====================

1) Open Realworld Cursor Editor And Press "New Static Cursor" And Just Press 'OK' (Because It's A Normal Size) Next, Open Your Cursor You're Currently Using, Or Download 'Aero-Cursor' Set; Which You Can Download At:
http://freewarelist.net/vista-aero-cursor.html

2) 'Select' The Whole Cursor With The 'Select Tool' And Drag It In The Middle Of The White/Gray Checkered Box. Next, Click The 'HotSpot Select Tool' And Click On The Point Of The Cursor. Then, Select A Color In The 'Rainbow' Box And Then Select A Lighter Part Of That Color In The Box On The Left Of It.

3) Now, Select The "Paint Under' Button And Then Select The "Ellipse" Tool; Click And Hold From The bottom-Right Corner Of The White/Gray Checkered Box And Drag Up Until You Get To The Tip Of The Cursor. Finally, Go To "File" And Press "Save As..." Name It, And Then Save It As A ".CUR" File.

If You Need ANY Help, Please Post In The "Themes & How To Install One" Forums.
